HERO ABILITIES

ABILITY 1

Living Ink

Steer empowered bullets that deal bullet and splash spirit damage, or paint an ink wall that blocks movement and projectiles. Hero hits reduce cooldowns; casting another ability refreshes Flow State.

ABILITY 2

Flow State

Drag a brush that continues to travel forward, leaving a trail that grants bonus slide distance for allies and a fading slowslow and spirit damage to enemies it passes through, increased the further it travels.

Re-activate the ability to flick the brush forward, ending the ability early but dealing spirit damage in a larger area.

ABILITY 3

Still Life

Choose a hero to be your subject, dealing spirit damage over time as long as you are looking at them.

If the sketch is completed they take additional spirit damage, suffer from stun, and drop a sketch that can be picked up.

For each collected sketch, you permanently gain stats based on the hero.

ULTIMATE

Abstract Landscape

Create a circular display of ink that blocks vision and grants allies Spirit.

Enemies inside are revealed, and leaving causes them to take spirit damage and suffer from Silence and slowslow, destroying the ink in the process.

HERO BACKSTORY

Violet immigrated to The Cursed Apple when she was 12, and while there was a certain amount of culture shock to adapting to New York, she quickly fell in love with the vibrance of the city.   Dedicating herself to the pursuit of the arts, Violet's passion lead her to successes far beyond most of her peers.

First, a full ride to art school.

Then in her junior year, inclusion in MOMA'S prestigious celebration of student artists: "The Upstart Gallery".

By any measure she's doing phenomenal for her age, however Violet has not been able shake her existential dread of dying a failure. She knows that commercial success as a fine artist isn't about being good enough. It's not even about being great. It's about being seen by the right person at the right time.  And so she has set her sights on The Ritual... not to embellish on her own talent, but just to have a chance to show the world what she can do.
